EVS Services provides a range of bookkeeping and financial services. The scope and details of these services will be as agreed upon in the service agreement or engagement letter executed between EVS Bookkeeping Firm and the client.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are as described in the service agreement or other written communication between the parties. Payment terms will also be as stipulated in such documentation. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information to support the bookkeeping process. Clients are responsible for the veracity of all financial data provided.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, outstanding payments will become due immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
EVS Services will perform services with care, skill, and diligence. However, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of our services beyond the fee paid for the specific service rendered.
